Former Hayle Brewery Office
At KPK Builders, we are proud to have played a key role in the restoration of the Former Hayle Brewery Office, a Grade II* listed structure that was once in a severely dilapidated state.

This project was a collaborative effort, undertaken in partnership with Harvey's Foundry Trust and Penwith District Council, and supported by a grant from the Hayle Townscape Heritage Initiative.
The building was on the brink of collapse, requiring meticulous planning and skilled craftsmanship to stabilize and restore its historic fabric. Our team undertook comprehensive repairs, addressing structural vulnerabilities while preserving the unique character and heritage features of the property. Traditional building methods were combined with modern techniques to ensure the restoration was both authentic and durable, safeguarding the building for future generations.
The transformation was not just structural but also functional, as the Former Hayle Brewery Office has been revitalized to serve as the home of Hayle Community Archive. This project stands as a testament to our dedication to preserving Cornwall’s architectural heritage and delivering work of the highest standard. We are delighted to see this iconic building restored to its former glory and serving a valuable purpose within the community
